What is it costing you?

Two questions, same six pillars. If something is leaking, we estimate what you could recover. If nothing is broken and you are simply trying to grow, we estimate what that growth costs you when the operation does not change — and how much of it you never have to spend.

What the operation is losing today, and what fixing it is worth.

Which pillars are pain points?

People working in the facility. The model is built on operations of 20 or more.

How the number is built

Both modes run the same six pillars and the same honesty cap. The method page explains where we look, what each pillar covers, and how a finding ends up with a dollar figure attached to it.

Common questions

Questions about the estimate

What the number is, what it is not, and why it stops where it stops.

How accurate is this estimate?

It is a benchmark, not a finding. The estimator works from your revenue, your headcount and the pillars you tell it hurt — which is enough to size a problem and nowhere near enough to diagnose one. A real number comes from walking the floor, watching the work and pulling the data. Treat what you get here as a reason to look closer, not as a result.

Why is the number capped at 15 percent of revenue?

Because we do not believe estimates larger than that without walking your floor first. Models like this one compound assumptions, and an uncapped version will happily tell you that a quarter of your revenue is being lost. The cap keeps the output in a range we would be willing to defend in a room.

What is the difference between the two modes?

They price two different problems. Something is leaking estimates what today’s operation is losing and what fixing it is worth. We need more horsepower estimates what growth costs you when the operation does not change first — the waste you would otherwise scale along with the volume. Both run the same six pillars and the same cap.

Do I have to give you my details to see the number?

No. The estimate appears on this page as you fill it in. There is no email gate, no download and nothing to submit — if you want to leave with the figure and never speak to us, that is a perfectly good outcome.

You have a number. Now pressure-test it.

A benchmark is a starting point, not a finding.

The estimator runs off industry percentages. A 30-minute diagnostic call runs off your floor — which pillars are actually leaking, and what it would take to close them.
